1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing gigs, or otherwise using Hustle Sasa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and receive payouts on Hustle Sasa, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of Kenya with a valid M-Pesa-registered phone number in your own name.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each individual may only maintain one Hustle Sasa account, matching the name on their M-Pesa number.

4. Gigs & Payouts

• Gig rates shown on the Platform reflect what you will earn upon successful completion and approval of a gig.
• Hustle Sasa reserves the right to review submitted work for quality and compliance with gig instructions before releasing payment.
• Payouts are processed to the M-Pesa number linked to your account once you reach the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.
• Standard M-Pesa transaction charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the member.
• Hustle Sasa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks, including Safaricom's M-Pesa service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Hustle Sasa offers optional paid membership tiers (Pro and Business) in addition to the Free plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via M-Pesa. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using Hustle Sasa, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or gig submission.
• Operate multiple accounts or share your account with another person.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete gigs.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of pending payouts associated with fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the Hustle Sasa name, logo, design, and text, is owned by Hustle Sasa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hustle Sasa makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform, or the amount of income any member may earn through gigs. Earnings examples shown on the Platform are illustrative and not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustle Sasa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or opportunity.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of Hustle Sasa after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
